A. Yes, we deliver training statewide.
Q. Can we have a trainer come to us outside of "normal" working hours?
A. Yes, its all about providing you with a great service.


Q. Can we book a group at our premises?
A.Yes, or we can deliver at our comfortable classroom facility. Your place or ours...its your choice.


Q. What is the difference between level I and Level II courses?
A. The level I and Level II courses are delivered over different time frames and each contains different modules. Level II contains all level I content plus additional modules.


Q. Which course do I need?
A. It depends on your workplace requirements, however the standard required in most workplaces is First Aid Level II.
